Brotherly Love
My brother: He is my most beloved friend and my bitterest rival, my confidant and my betrayer, my sustainer and my dependent, and scariest of all, my equal. -Gregg Levoy

Ah, those childhood milestones. I can’t believe it took almost 7 years, but Zachary finally did it! His first tooth is gone.
Every day, thousands of babies are born too soon, too small and often very sick. Zachary and I are walking in March for Babies with the Yellow Submarines team because we want to do something about this.
The FLEC 2009 Christmas program was my favorite one so far (of course, Zachary has only been in two). Having it at Forest Lake Church was certainly nice, and the live orchestra added that extra special something.
Only a 5-year old (soon to be 6-year old) could come up with this cute little poem The Moon is a Cookie. Next thing you know, he’ll want to blog. 😛
The Goose and I had a great chat tonight. I asked him questions, and he answered–as only Zachary can. 🙂
What a great day we spent at Universal’s Islands of Adventure. It was Zachary’s first time, and he had a blast.
What can $215 a month for the next 16 years buy? TWO college educations!
Reading is great fun, especially when your name is on every page. 🙂
While celebrations, holidays, and special events are the milestones we use to remember the years, it really is the day-to-day events that make up our lives. This is one of those moments.
