For some of you, those words will sound familiar, since it’s the title of my weight loss blog. (My pervy friends are all disappointed now!) For those of you who don’t know, I’ve been taking medication to help with weight loss since May. Things went really well—I lost 35 pounds without even trying! Things are getting trickier now, however. I stopped taking the Adipex at the end of October since its effects aren’t working so much anymore. Now I’m on my own. Now I’m worried.
It was all jokes and good-humor blogging about losing weight and not doing anything more than popping a pill. Now, however, not only do I have to make sure I keep the weight that I’ve lost off, I still have around 30 pounds to go. So I’m considering other methods. The all-cabbage diet? Nope, gives me gas. Hydroxycut hardcore or other drugs? I was happy with Adipex while it was working so maybe a different pill would be a solution. Or how about I just get off my ass and actually burn more calories than I consume? Interesting theory, I wonder if it would work?
Anyway, the upside is I’m 35 pounds lighter. The downside is I have a 30 more pounds to go. Wish me luck!
