I have also had my share of shows that are set to be recorded and then it’s like the stupid box has a tech fart..don’t know but soooo frustrating.

About 2 weeks ago I called to cancel service…I followed the auto prompts and consequently was on HOLD for 45 min….seeing red I hung up called back…this time I decided to pretend I was calling to UPGRADE…don’t ya know they answered my call in TWO MIN!!!!!!!!

Also, my neighbor Cristy just found in her bill recently a hidden charge and they owe her and surely countless others masses amounts of money…BEWARE OF BH!!!!!
