		<description>Yea guys, she gave away all the fat clothes to me, her Mom,. but I&#039;ve given them all to the homeless because I lost 40#s in 4 months and now they don&#039;t even fit me!  So it&#039;s all for a good cause.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m not a fan of sweets to begin with. It&#039;s cheese, salt and carbs I crave. I&#039;ve already given away all of my &quot;super fat&quot; clothes so I can&#039;t go back. 

Now I just need to lose enough weight to get rid of the &quot;fat&quot; clothes. :P</description>

		<description>I hear you, I have lost 60 pounds in about 2 years, and now find myself inching about 4 pounds back due to holidays and starting to eat more than I should.  It is something I fight with, I am almost always hungry and have to fight the urge to eat the stuff I want constantly.</description>

		<description>Hi Betty :) I&#039;ve been on a diet for about a week and a half and have lost 5.5lbs - which is pretty good considering I&#039;m not starving myself. In fact, I feel like I eat too much still sometimes.

Its not quite an atkins diet because I do still eat carbs but I have replaced a lot of the carbs I eat later in the day with vegetables. I hardly find myself stressed (because I don&#039;t really care about my job) so I can&#039;t relate at the moment to reaching for comfort foods but I have certainly done that in the past (though its been more of a comfort *drink* for me).

When I used to get really stressed, I took up smoking. This was also the time when I was living on a diet of banquet food, caffeine and 3 hrs/day of sleep. I was at my ideal weight then... but I also used to run around and lift cases of beer, tables and stacks of chairs for a living. Go figure!</description>
