I have also had my share of shows that are set to be recorded and then it's like the stupid box has a tech fart..don't know but soooo frustrating. About 2 weeks ago I called to cancel service...I followed the auto prompts and consequently was on HOLD for 45 min....seeing red I hung up called back...this time I decided to pretend I was calling to UPGRADE...don't ya know they answered my call in TWO MIN!!!!!!!! Also, my neighbor Cristy just found in her bill recently a hidden charge and they owe her and surely countless others masses amounts of money...BEWARE OF BH!!!!!
